Summary: Helps w/ depression due to menopause
Comment: I really wanted to do the bioidenticals but cannot afford the bloodwork and prescriptions involved with that right now. I noticed that this product helped with the "down" feeling I'd sometimes get which I believe is directly related to hormonal swings due to menopause. In fact, when I stopped taking it for a few days the yuck feeling came back again! I initially got this when I started getting hot flashes fairly mild ones, a year or so ago. It really helped with those as well - those are not an issue for me anymore but the down feeling is. One more recommendation - shop around on the internet for the best price on this product, there is a huge swing! And it was WAY less expensive than buying it in the store.
